2. EACH ENTRY PHOTOGRAPHED FOR CATALOGING AND ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION BY THE TEAM.
3. STAFF SCRUTINIZES ENTRY DATA COMPARED TO THE PHOTOGRAPHED WINE LABEL. SECOND VERIFICATION.
4. BOTTLE ASSIGNED A RANDOM IDENTIFICATION NUMBER AND SHELVED BY CATEGORY IN PREPARATION FOR STAGING. CONFIRM CATEGORY ASSIGNMENT. THIRD VERIFICATION.
5. WINES ARE PACKED IN PRESENTATION ORDER FOR TRANSPORT TO COMPETITION VENUE. FOURTH VERIFICATION.

TRANSPORTATION AND SETUP

6. WINES ARE PROFESSIONALLY TRANSPORTED FROM THE CLIMATE CONTROLLED WAREHOUSE TO THE JUDGING VENUE.
7. THE WINES ARE STAGED ACCORDING TO JUDGING PANELS AND TASTING ORDER. FIFTH VERIFICATION.
8. ADDITIONAL RE-VERIFICATION OF CATEGORY, JUDGING PANEL AND TASTING ORDER CONTINUES THROUGHOUT THE DAY. SIXTH VERIFICATION.
9. THOUSANDS OF SCHOTT ZWIESEL GLASSES ARE WASHED, POLISHED AND CHECKED FOR THE AWARDS JUDGING.
